Lilaeopsis novea-zealandiae comes (as the name indicates) from New Zealand, and has completely circular leaves. 

This plant is a grass-looking small amphibious plant which is very suitable for foreground decoration. The submerged culture is easy, but it is usually quite slow growing. It can grow in soft as well as in hard water and it accepts a wide light regime, though high light tends to speed up the growth.
