Cryptocoryne Albida "Costata"

Cryptocoryne albida (costata) has lanceolate leaves placed in a dense rosette. The leaf color is extremely variable but it is usually brightly green with distinctive dark bands. In nature, Cryptocoryne albida is often found in direct sunlight and the plant is rather light demanding. The plant thrives well in soft water with a nutrient rich substrate. It is one of the slow growing Crytocorynes though the emergent plants tend to grow a bit faster.
