Cabomba Caroliniana

Cabomba caroliniana is one of the oldest and most popular aquarium plants. The plant has the most beautiful and finely dissected submerged leaves of a very attractive light-green color. Occasionally, floating leaves are produced, too, when the shoot reaches the water surface or in association with flowering. Apart from the very high light demands of Cabomba caroliniana, the plant does not require any special attention in the aquarium to thrive. This plant must be planted in groups to attain its optimum decorative effect.
